Creating a Repairer Profile in the Workfile Inspection Tab

This feature provides the ability for you to create a repair facility profile in the workfile Inspection tab. The administrative information you enter in this screen is populated in the new profile. Rates and Rules information can be added in the workfile, and is not saved in the newly created profile. You will need to add the Rate and Rules information in the profile under Profiles in the Configuration Dashboard.

To create a repair facility profile

1. Select the My WorkDashboard, and then select the Workfilesoption from the My Work panel.
2. Open the workfile, and then select the Inspectiontab.
3. Enter the administrative information in the appropriate fields in the Repair Site section.
4. Click on the profile button to the right of the Name field in the Repair Site section.
5. Select the Rates tab, and then enter all rate information for the workfile. This information is not saved to the profile.
6. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.

Note: Open the newly created profile in the Profiles option in the Configuration Dashboard, and then enter rates and rules information in the appropriate profile screen. This will allow you to use the selected profile containing rates and rules in the workfile.
